cant access hotmail

cannot access hotmail,updates etc have used n/work diagnostics,last known config autoruns etc,also had `page fault in non paged area` in sysem config 8 files not found ?? any help gratefully recieved,as am pulling hair out here,basically comp illiterate so stumbling through manuals troubleshooting etc,all to no avail,Help

 

I would try this command and see if it helps repair your problem. Go to Start\Run first, and enter in the following.

You might get prompted for your XP cd to replace any corrupt and/or missing system files
