I am trying to move my MSN.com Favorites to Comcast's home page, but the button doesn't respond.

At first I was able to access the list, but it wouldn't accept more than four or five entries; subesquent entries simply disappeared.

I'm new to Comcast, and maybe there's some easy solution, but I haven't had an answer from them about this.

This may not be the best category for this post, but it doesn't really fit in any other.

    Thanks for your help.

    Queuedecoton--
Not sure I understand. Cannot find any place to store Favorites on Comcast's home page. And I do not use MSN.
But are you sure this is what you mean?
Internet Explorer (not Comcast) has several ways of accepting and then managing Favorites.

    Is this what you mean?
In IE do you show the word "Favorites" in the menu bar (with File, Edit, View, etc., right below the title bar)?
Do you already have a Favorites folder? (If MSN uses Internet Explorer as browser, you probably do, and it should work in IE, whether you use MSN or Comcast as your ISP. However see the P.S. below.)
What version of Windows and IE are you using? In WinXP the Favorites folder is in C:\Documents and Settings\Username.
Once I understand the situation a little better I will try to help.
P.S.--You could also look at "MSN Favorites Export Toolkit" application on this page.
