can't access AVG Forum (redux)

    Still trying doggedly to access AVG Forum to investigate persistent issue. Signed up (several times) but am always thwarted by error message stating that I have inputted the wrong "ID/Password" (which I haven't). Haven't a clue as to how to email AVG and ask their help; their contact address is skillfully hidden. Only contact I have established is the very-restricted request for registration, responded to by an automaton who disallows response to its response. Anybody have any suggestions?
