Recently, all of a sudden, I have not been able to send any Hotmail emails to my daughter's Hotmail account using Outlook Express 6. I get no errors and the message isn't bounced back to me. I can send emails to other Hotmail accounts without any problems. There is no when I send her emails through my Hotmail account. If I could send her scanned docs or pictures etc. using Hotmail, I would be happy...can that be done? This problem began after I upgraded IE7 to IE 8. Any connection? My OS is Win XP Sp 3, IE 8. Thanks you.

Doesn't seem a problem with your account, rather with her account. If you don't get any errors, how did you conclude the message isn't send?

Ask her to send you an email...Try to "Reply" to it...

My daughter tells me that she didn't receive the message.
Steve: I will try to 'Reply' to her messages and see if she gets it.
Can Hotmail block messages much the same as OE?

OK.... the problem has been solved...I hope.....My daughter was blocking my emails!! She doesn't know how that happened. I don't think that you can do that accidentally.
    Thanks for time and suggestions.
