Cannot print while running wireless

Hi,
I have about 30 wired PC's and have about 5 laptops and have an issue with 2 of my laptops printing while running on wireless. Now they connect to the internet just fine and also can connect to the all the PC's. the only thing they can connect to is the networked printer. Now the printer drivers are installed and the printer IP is correct. if i connect an ethernet cable to the laptops, they can print just fine. I have contacted my companies regional tech support group and they remote accessed the laptops to try and determine what might be the proble, and so far are just as stumped as i am.
