Cannot open some attachments

    I cant open some attachments in my email I get this message -- This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action . Create a association in the folders options control panel. -- How do I set this up . I need step by step instrutions !

    The message is telling you that you need the software that opens the attachment. Example - if the attachments is a .DOC file you'd need to purchase and install MS Word.

    What type of files are they?
