Cannot open or save attachments Outlook Web Access

I have scoured the Internet and downloaded multiple apps to try to solve this as well as changing regedit but nothing works.

O/S = Windows 7. IE8 and Mozilla.

Using MS Web Outlook Access, I cannot open or save any attachments, including MS Office docs (.doc, .vsd, .xls, etc.). When I click on the attachment, the open and save options are grayed out. The only thing I can do is view it in "AttachView" messageware box that comes up. In this browser based window, there is no option to print, copy, etc.

Any suggestions on how to be enable the open and save options?? Thanks!

 

Hi, there! It is my company web outlook access, but I never had any problems before buying a new laptop which has Windows 7 and IE8. It worked fine using my older PC which was XP I think.
