Cannot get rid of Microsoft Automatic Update Proggie/ICON

    Cann't get rid/Delete Microsoft Automatic update!!!

    This *&^%%$# thing is setting in my tray and automaticlly starts up when I turn on the computer.

    *** It's NOT shown in ADD/Remove
    " " Registry ( I did search for it).

    RIGHT Click on it doesn't show an Uninstall menu item either!C

    It doesn;t show up when I do window Explorer search.
    I tried several name permutation searches, and it JUST doesn't show up!!

    How do I get delete this $#%$@?
