Hello, I have outlook express. Whenever I downloaded photos...I would just click on them to forward In an e-mail. No problem until now...something changed:rolleyes: I don't use Microsoft Office Outlook but that's what heading comes up when I go to forward my photos ,It will say:" No Profiles have been created. To create a new profile, Use the mail Icon In the Control panel." I never had this happen before or had to do anything like this to send photos off. Otherwise, Outlook works fine for sending and receiving mail.
    Thanks, Snookie

    Check in Internet Explorer .....

Tools > Internet Options > Programs - Email that Outlook Express is selected from the drop down list.

Thank you so much! Wish everything was that easy and quick to fix! What could have caused it to change? Maybe one of my downloads.....love to do them. Thanks Again....Snookie:D

If you have Microsoft Outlook installed each and every time Windows Updates patches Outlook or updates the Outlook Junk filter Outlook is set as the default emailer. It's a pain if you use Outlook Express (no thanks MS :)).

However there is generally a pop up the first time you open OE after an update which says that OE is not your default mailer - would you like to set it as default.
