Cannot Delete some files in Windows Explorer

    I am trying to delete some music files in My Music Folder in Explorer (some are duplicate files) and I get a message saying 'Cannot move or delete this file because it is in use by another person or program'. I am the only person on this computer and I have no other programs open. This has just started to happen. Appreciate any help. I really need to get rid of some of these files.

    The first thing to try is to boot to Safe mode and try to delete them.

    If they don't delete from here then we have another deeper issue!

    So get back and if they don't delete and I will show you how to rip them out by the guts and see what other issues you have!
