Cannot change my Desktop background

    For some reason, I cannot change the desktop background anymore. The only thing it will let me change is the color. The other backgrounds, even the browse button is "frozen" (it won't let me click on those) Can anyone help?

    There is a small download that will do all the registry edits for you: Click Here to open a Kelly's Korner page, scroll down to line 142 and in the right-hand column, click on "Allow Background Wallpaper Changes" to download a small .reg file.

    Once it's saved to the harddrive, run it according to the directions at the top of the Kelly's Korner page.
