For whatever reason, when I open up the volume control --> Advanced, the bass and treble under the "Tone Controls" section are grayed out. At some point, I was able to control these but no longer. Audio drivers may be up to date, not sure what else to do.

    I found this site

But I have an older Dell desktop.

Looking for some help here, but could it be something to do with the "default" audio player?
