   Quite suddenly I cannot access certain programs, there are two user accounts, both Administrators, for some reason access is denied because of no authority - evrything is up to date(antivirus, spyware, auto updates) any help appreciated

   You've been a longtime WindowsBBS member... you should know we need more information than what you supplied. Which programs? What error's do you receive? Any info in your Event Logs?
