Can’t access MS Office Help or Windows Help…

    Everytime I try to bring up help through Office or Windows there is nothing there. Say for instance inside Frontpage when I type in what I am searching for nothing comes up inside the box. It’s just a gray empty box with no information inside. Also in Windows when I click on help and support nothing happens.

    Any idea what needs to be done to get this fixed?
