I have a wireless laptop with DSl internet connection and Windows 7.
I want to download a program from a particular website and burn to disk.
The program is 3 hours long.
I have done a lot of research and talked to several people in the technology field without a solution.
Is it possible to do this?
My knowledge of burning disk is limited.

    Thanks for any help,
    Dee

The program could be burned on to CD/DVD if it fits media's capacity. First find out the size of file that you intend to burn.

Sounds like you mean a "TV program" or multimedia broadcast of some sort.

To do what you want you will need:

    1. to know what format the multimedia file is streamed in, e.g. flv, wmv, asx, etc.,

    2. some software to capture and save the stream,

    3. software to convert and burn to DVD.

    Thanks for your responses.
I am afraid this is over my head and I think I will abort this project.
