I'm using IE6 and Windows Media Player.

The volume of my voice alerts that I use on one of my programs is much louder than the background music that I play on my stored CD's. Is there any way to have a better balance on this volume variance?

    Hello robls99,

Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Volume tab > Advanced.

In the Play Control window you can adjust the volumes of the non CD sources.
