    Do any of the free email programmes work thru outlook 2007. I know that yahoo plus does but I dont have a credit card.
    how about Hotmail with widnows live ID?

    I assume you are intending to use POP3 type e-mail download. GMail will do that for you. Set up a GMail account and then configure it to you e-mail client (Outlook?) and then configure Outlook to access from GMail. GMail has very good instructions for configuring both the web part as well as the PC part.

    You can also use free yahoo email with any mail client and the free utility ypops. I use it on Windows and Linux.
