Windows Vista Can we restore the factory installation Vista , and how?

    Hello everyone...
    I bought a computer the old year (Dell optiplex 760) on which the pre-installation Windows 7 Pro.-32 bit. It's original installation was "Vista Business OEMAct ".I have not the original CD,bat I have original product key.
    Somewhere I heard or read that we can restore the factory - original installation without CD...from computer by clicking on a place...??? That what I want ... whether it is legal and whether it is possible to make, and how ???
