can' t use explorer.

I tried do install again windows xp, and then i have few problems:
1. in the installation I have been asked to install wireless cfg util diskette, i push cancel
2. since the installation, I can' t use explore.i can surf with explorer just the home web site , else When I write any web address, i get the message: "the requested lookup key was not found in any activation context
3. Some time a windows open name: MIcrosoft Feeds Synchronisation" that inform that encountered a problem need to close" with notice about mssfeedsync file
4. when I click on a link from Outlook Express, no windows is open...

someone can help me?
