Can someone please check HJT log

I did a scan on computer and a trojan java?classLoaded was found and put in vault. My pc is still running a bit slow so can someone please check this log.

Your HJT log looks clean.

Lets clean out your Java cache

• Go into the Control Panel and double-click the Java Icon.
• Under Temporary Internet Files, click the Delete Files button.
• There are three options in the window to clear the cache - Leave ALL 3 Checked
  • 
    Downloaded Applets
    Downloaded Applications
    Other Files
• Click OK on Delete Temporary Files Window
  Note: This deletes ALL the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the CACHE.
• Click OK to leave the Java Control Panel.

Delete everything in your AVG Quarantine folder.


Then lets get a on-Line scan.

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
• Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  
• Now click on Scan Settings
• In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
  • Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
  • Scan Options:
  • Scan Archives
    Scan Mail Bases
• Click OK
• Now under select a target to scan:
  • Select My Computer
• This will program will start and scan your system.
• The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
• Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
  • Now click on the Save as Text button:
• Save the file to your desktop.
• Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Please post the Kaspersky results.

Did a scan and everything appears to be fine as regards no virus etc., but my computer is still running slow, e.g. speed 2.2Mpbs. When I log on to internet, sometimes it says page cannot be displayed when I try a few sites, then when I try again can get it, but is slow. Not sure if this is my router or not? Grrr also, just tried getting to Yahoo games which needs Java, and having problems in that area. Takes about 4 attempts with java icon then finally manage but lagging very badly. Sorry to be a nuisance, but is there anything you can suggest to help.

Hi Joan
There is a new Java version out, 1.6.0_03. You can update it and see if that helps.
Make sure you uninstall any old versions from add/remove when done updating it.

As far as internet speed, it could be your router, or your ISP.
Try rebooting the router and modem if equipped. See if that helps.
Looks like you're using Yahoo?, or who ever your provider is. I would get ahold of their tech support, Don't give in to easily, make them do some searching to try and find a problem.

If that don't work I would post in the General Internet form here, They are much better to help you over there with this then I would be.
