Can someone help me to understand?

Understanding FSB.. Can you Help?

Hello,

I am a beginner and am wondering if my cpu is up to par.
I recently down loaded AIDA32 and ran it to see what actually was making my puter work. My question here is about the FSB. I have put a copy of the FSB properties on my system in this post, can some one take a look at them and please tell me what is the differance between real clock 100MGZ (DDR)
and effective clock 200MGZ? Is my system running at its best or can it be made to run faster? If I have not stated my questions properly please excuse me I appologize.
