I built my computer and up until two weeks ago it was running fine. then one day it just will not see one of my hard drives. And today it will not see two. I have one attached through 5001M ide Mobile rack, the other is connected via a usb cable and is contained within a purpose built case. It will not see either. Now I also have a 80 gig hd that is also connected through a usb cable it is see it just fine. Help, what can I do to sort this out???

    Clarify

Are you saying it will boot to windows and will not see the other drives?

take off all drives - including cds/dvd
you may want to reset the bios
    then add on drive
boot up let it find it
then shut off the computer and do the next
