can not open [Messenger Plus encrypted] .PLE file

Dear All,

I am new to this forum and this is my first ever post here, but i am having a big problem , if some one can sort it out.

My boss sent me .PLE file which is (msn chat history) of mine and him , i want to open it but can not, some one says on internet that it is an encrypted file which you will need a decrypter to open it to be able to read. but if some one can suggest more deply it will be appreciated.
