can not [locate] email [and Address Book] files

few days ago my XP dell system went down must have had adware or some kind of coruption system was slow and the while doing functions locked sometime so I turned off system at on off botton

any how when I tried to restart system was in a loop

could not get it out would not load maybe mother board problem dell tech said

so took out hard drive put it in my hard drive enclosure was able to open it up when attached to the other dell but could not figure out which files or what would be the outlook emails

any help from anyone to get the emails and addresses of hard drive
