Access program itself or Access databases?
The program MUST be installed via the cd on any computer, you cannot just copy an installation to another computer. I believe you will also need a second license to use on a second computer if later than Office 2000. Office 2000 does not have "product activation" but I believe later versions of Office have it, limiting the install to just one single computer.

fyi, this should probably be in the Other Software forum, and a moderator will likely inform you to use a meaningful subject rather than "question" as a subject.

Office 2000 and earlier: you should uninstall the product from the first computer if you want to install it on a second computer without purchasing an additional license.

If you want to move a database to another computer and use it without the Access application (for example via ODBC or ADO - these are connection protocols used by systems such a ASP.NET if you'd built a web site with an Access back end) then you can just move the database files without the application.

If you want to use the Access application then you need to install it on the second computer and that does have license implications.
