There is one way to do it but it will require the computer with internet access to be running in order for the others to see the mail.

On the three non-internet computers, open OE, go to Tools>Options>Maintenance and click on the Store Folder button. Browse the network to where the internet-connected computer stores its mail...which will be some unwieldy folder name with a long number. Click OK.

The three non-internet computers will then see the same Inbox, Sent Item, etc. folders, which are all on the internet-connected computer.

To make it a little easier to find the store folder, on the internet-connected computer, you can change the store folder to a sub-folder of My Documents...or anyplace else you like.

If you have messages you want to keep, I guess you can move all the files in the current store folder into the new one although I've never done that (since I change the store folder first thing) so I can't guarantee it'll work. This change won't affect the address book since it's stored elsewhere.
