Resolved Can I delete or change user name?

    I was given a pc running Windows 7 Home Prem. I transferred all my files and folders to it and then went into registry and renamed the user to my name.
    Now when I try to save a document, it still comes up with the default file location with his name.
    How can I remove his name from the system?

    The best way is to create a new user account, then get rid of the old account. This keeps things cleanest.
