Can a particular update be blocked ?

    A recent update KB5007186 disables the notification panel and Word and Excel jumplists. If I uninstall the update all is good. Is there any way to block a given update?

    Thanks. I ran the diagcab file, but only shows a driver update that can be blocked. The KB5007186 does not appear.
