    Hello,

My new workplace has MS Outlook 2003, which I've never used before, and Win XP, which I have.

These are some questions about calendar:

Is there a way to get rid of my own calendar and show only two other
calendars: my boss' and the office's public one? They both display under
"other calendars" and I'd like them to be the only ones visible.

Also, can I show certain of my boss' appointments through to the public calendar?

Is there a shortcut key to quickly move to "tomorrow' when I'm viewing
    day view?

And is it possible to associate cusomsised icons with appointments? I'd like
to put, say, rugby balls on certain dates, board tables next to others, etc.

And here is a question about Outlook: How can I set up a newsgroup account? New account only lets me set up an email account. Does Outlook not have a news reader?

Thanks in advance for advice on these many points.

    Ms C
