Resolved Calculate disk speed between network and local disk

Can anyone help me finding a tool (preferably Open Source or free) that allows me to measure the data transfer speed (MB/sec) between a network disk and a local harddisk?

I have followed the instructions on your suggested site but I seen the amount of Sent and received Bytes, not the speed.
Do I something wrong?

 

OK, the sent and received bytes can be used to calculate the transfer rate.

This might be easier though. It is free to use for thirty days.

I'm using Windows 7 as OS.

 

Is that 32 or 64 bit. I just found this free software that will do the job but it is only for win 7 32 bit.
