    Hello
I have a question about IE cacheing downloaded files.
I downloaded a ~4 mb file and saved it to a local folder.
The file was corrupt, so I deleted it. Now when I go back to the site to download it again it is obviously already stored locally (no downloading time)
I deleted temp files in IE however still there.
Where is this file being stored?

Did you install the program, or delete the installation file before installing?
When you download a file, you are told on the Download window the destination of the download. Try downloading again, or if you cannot, then download something else. Windows usually downloads (stores) to the same place as your last download.
Or are you asking where the installed files are stored.
Even if you had installed the program, you usually can download the file again. At worst you would get a message saying that the download already is on the PC and asking if you want download (and overwrite) again.

    Are you getting any messages?
More info is required. What you report would be very unusual.
