CA Uninstall errors

    My husbands pc has Vista and CA...since there were issues with CA I decided to uninstall and install Trend Micro. Uninstalling CA though has become a hassle. I get a 9026 error uninstalling Anti-spam and 9039 uninstalling anti-virus. On CA's site I found some help on the spam issue (haven't tried the fix yet) however cannot find anything for uninstalling the anti-virus part. any help would be appreciated.

    I'm not sure what CA is, but would imagine they have a web site - support section....Have you taken a look there?

    Sorry for the abbreviation. CA is Computer Associates and their product is a security suite. I have been to the site and found some help but not a lot. I have written to them and am waiting for an answer. thanks.
