C:\Windows\system32\Tools\DelFolders.exe

hi, I've got some problems with my windows XP. Could anyone please kindly help!

Once my computer was beginning to load the desktop theme, it prompted a message box saying, "Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\Tools\DelFolders.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click Search. "

I don't understand what DelFolders.exe does, and I actually couldn't type anything in before this message, because it was just starting to load my desktop theme. So I don't understand why they are saying make sure I've TYPED the name correctly.

This sounds like a startup. You might want to ask about it here http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/index.php?act=SF&f=18

This is certainly something that's not universal for XP, I don't have it.
