I have the above folder on my computer. The folder is empty, but I can't remove it. I tried even some extra tools to no avail.
According to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/174068, it's suppose to host some
    Code:
    Command Line Version Fpsrvadm.exe
, which I have no clue about.
I've never had MS Office installed on this computer.
No biggy, just an empty folder, but annoying...

I believe we all have that folder on our system. This 'Fpsrvadm.exe' is the Front Page Server Extension, which is part of Office. Yea, I know you do not have this.
I have wondered if it is there as part of the 'View Offline Webpages' or something to that affect for Internet Explorer.

It's part of the standard Win2K & WinXP install.
