Hi guys. I have to send about 40 Emails to people. The email i am trying to send is the same for everybody. So, i am thinking of sending them all at once. But the problem is that every person whom the email is sent to could view the list of emails i sent that email to. Could i do something so that no one can see the list of people whom i am sending the email to.

what I meant was that I do not know of any free programs to accomplish your goal. Here is the site of one 3rd party:

If you're using Outlook Express, the BCC feature should accomplish this.

Open a new message window & go to View, then click in show all headers. That will set it permanently so that you can BCC all addresses. Even subsequent ones.

Then all you have to do is click BCC & enter each address. It works, because I receive mail from others that BCC all addy's & even when I go into the properties of the e-mail, no one's address is showing anywhere in the header, except mine. The recipient will see only their address, even when going into the properties.

I wish everyone would BCC all of the time. It would help cut down on Spam for all of us.

Thank you for the AMEN, Arie. :D

I never send Multiple e-mails without doing BCC.

I've tried so hard to get friends to do it too, to no avail with most of them. It's just as easy as entering everyone's addy into the TO field, but for some reason, most won't do it. :(
