I have taken this back-up disc from my XP PC and want to use it on Windows 10.
I cannot see how to get it launched.

What is the name of what you are trying to get from the backup?

Hi DouglasM, Welcome to WindowsBBS :) From the Buffalo web site Forum:
Wonder whether this may help with your problem. Neil.

    Sorry if I was vague!
Actually I have traditionally backed up continually into a hard disc (Buffalo mini-station).
Having changed computers, I guess I need to transfer the 'memeo' program to continue using it.
    Can you suggest how??

    Regards DouglasM

As support for this unit only goes to Vista OS, is it recognized by W10 comp when you connect by USB? Neil.

Are you sure it's not a driver problem? XP files to operate in W10 may need compatibility mode. Neil.

I think I might need a new program, as I cannot see how to transfer that from the existing PC. Does that make sense?
