BSOD ntkrnlpa.exe

Pleas could some one help with this problem my dad is getting every day more than once?

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntkrnlpa.exe



APC_INDEX_MISMATCH



If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
