    Hello,

I'm trying to fix my wife computer that keeps getting the ever so hated Blue Screen Of Death. it always has the same message and I have beed told I can find the problem by searching this error message it reads
0x0000000A (0B6DFFBF4 0x00000002 0x0000001 0x806E4ACA) I found a post that had me run a "debug" program and I followed it to the letter. It would seem that the system crash is caused by a driver error But, I don't know what driver is causing the error? can anyone read this Debug list and tell me what to do next?

Ousto - Welcome to the Board :)

Run your dump through our Dump Data Collection tool and post the full log here. There is insufficient information in the extract you posted above.

    Although
it is likely that the faulting driver will be identified and we can proceed with a possible solution.

Hi, Ousto. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

Looks like you might need to focus on your audio card.

Perhaps you can locate updated drivers for the audio card from the audio card manufacturer's web site.

If the audio hardware is built-into the motherboard, then you may need to locate updated audio drivers at the computer manufacturer's web site for the particular computer brand/model (or motherboard manufacturer's web site for the particular motherboard brand/model/revision number).

There might be an update for the Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) client application or support information via the LOTRO web site that might address the issue. (I am not familiar with LOTRO.)

Are any issues identified in Device Manager? Look for icons shown as question marks, exclamation points, etc.
