Ever since I had to repair my WinXP SP3, I have been unable to press the scan button on my multifunction unit and scan wirelessly to my PC. I can send the scan wirelessly to the email program on my PC, but not save it as a file on my PC. When I attempt to send a scan, it just shows "connecting to PC," but it never connects. I can use their ControlCenter4 on my PC to bring a scan over, but I can no longer just send it from the unit. I would think if it were a firewall issue, I wouldn't be able to send it to my email program, but it doesn't work when I turn off my firewall, either. Brother has been unable to give me a solution other than just do everything from the computer rather than the scanner. I understand I can still get scans, but there is a change in functionality, and I'd like to understand it. Any thoughts on this?

By the way, I uninstalled and reinstalled the Brother software, and that didn't make any difference, either.
