Broken Profile? Theme?

I've a question for you from my son. He writes, "When I install the newer version of Firefox, does it install for all users? I have been having trouble installing a new theme on wife's side. If you have any ideas let me know. It gave me an error message that the jar file I downloaded was corrupt. But when I download themes on my side, it seems fine. "

Any ideas?

 

Answer to first question is yes. Only one application is necessary, and then multiple Profiles.

Could it be the Theme isn't compatible with the Version he is using?

Have him save the file to the directory of choice. Then, when he installs the theme, open the theme window and drag the file to it.

Let us know if he continues to have problems, or have him post here.

Whenever in doubt, go back to basics, i.e. try to use a tried and tried Theme. and, that does not require anything drastic.
In fact, until proven otherwise, I would stick with the original theme. But, which theme gives the funny response?
