Box in the Middle of Desktop

    I'm sure there is a simple solution for this, but I just can't figure out what to do. One day when I turned my laptop on, rectangular box appeared in the center of my desktop, I can not figure out how to get rid of it or where it came from. I have rebooted but its still there

    There seems to be a rash of that lately.

    Right click on the desktop>properties>desktop>customize desktop button>web tab. If there's anything in the box under web pages that has a check mark by it, un-check it.

    That has been the fix for most
