Each time i boot up i get the old "run a DLL as an app has encountered a problem and needs to close." window.

This does not seem to be causing any problems running any programs of any sort but tis kind of annoying having this error message each time i boot in.

Any ideas what i can do about this?

I run spybot, adaware, ewido and xoftspy and all are pretty well clean btw.

    Hi,

See if there is any information in your event logs that might point you in the right direction.

To open Event Viewer, go to Start > Run and type eventvwr.msc, click OK.

Check your Application and System logs for errors.

You can double click on any error for more details, and there is also a button to copy the error to your clipboard for easy copying & pasting.

okie, the link to the other driver worked, thank you so much as I doubt I would have ever figured out the activity log and or what any of it meant.

I certainly appreciate you sharing your knowledge

    Thank you again
