boot level defrag not possible

    On my Toshiba Satellite 3000 S304 running Win XP Pro, I cannot boot level defrag the HD. No boot level defrag option is available in the defrag program. I have checked the registery, and boot defrag optimization is enabled. The defrag program is ver. 1.0.

    What gives? Can anyone help?
