Bookmarks transfering, Netscape 4.7 to 7.1

I up graded from Netscape 4.7 to 7.1. How do you transfer your bookmarks from Netscape 4.7 to 7.

Close Netscape and Quick Launch:

In the Communicator Users Folder
(C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\yourusername)
Copy the bookmark.htm file

Next:
Navigate to your Netscape 7 Profile *.slt Folder Location
Rename the bookmarks.html file to:
Xbookmarks.html

Paste the Communicator bookmark.htm file into the Netscape 7 *.slt folder and rename to: bookmarks.html

When you installed 7.1, did it convert your Communicator Profile?
