Hello everyone, Bob from San Diego, grade myself an intermediate user. Recently upgraded my computer to windows 7 (home) from XP mostly because my company announced their installing Windows 7 and programs on our work stations so thought I would get head start on learning the new system. This has worked out fine, except occasionally I run into problems on my home computer that require me to expend a lot of time and energy to solve; tried using India, but not any help at all. My biggest complaint of Windows 7 is "Hot Mailâ€, I really miss "Outlook Expressâ€. I am hoping this will be a mutually beneficial experience.
