    Hello

A week ago my main computer started having problems. It would start up fine and you could log on but as soon as you did, Blue screen. It said some things about Hardware cleaning/full and BIOS update and see your technical advisor. I thought I might give these forums a try and I found out about Safe Mode. Used it to delete a few big files so my harddrive wasn't to full. I restarted my computer and blue screen came up, again. Then I decided to write down what I thought might be the most important part of the message this is it.

    "STOP 0x0000006E (0xC0000005, 0x8989E8EC, 0xBA4E3968, 0x00000000)

    0000106D - Address 8989E8EC base at 8989E000, DateStamp 4a57ebf2 "

Also my computer is a Windows XP Professional, IBM ThinkPad, and I did search the forums for similar problems.

Hope this helps and you can find the problem and help me fix it.

    Greg
