blue wallpaper?

    my desktop is being covered by a blue wallpaper and i cant take it of by changing the background .. can anyone help :confused:

    Desktop Properties->Desktop tab->Customize button->Web tab->see if you have something selected there...

    If you didn't put it there, scan for virsues and such.
