Blue screen with Win 2K3 EE and Ctx PS 4.0

We are experiencing a blue-screen once every few days in WDICA.SYS / TERMDD.SYS. The issue is happening with the following configuration:

* Citrix Presentation Server 4.0
* Microsoft Windows 2003 Enterprise with Service Pack 1
* HP Proliant DL 380

We have not been able to successfully reproduce the issue.

Has anyone seen this issue in their environment?


Hotfix PSE400R01W2K3026 has a listed fix for blue-screens in TERMDD.SYS. However, Citrix pulled the hotfix.

Does anyone know under what conditions this blue-screen occurred?

Does anyone know why this hotfix was pulled?
