blue screen when pressing connect

    My newest problem Im experiencing is a blue screen sometimes when i press the connect button it says something about VM which i think could be virtual memory in not really sure. :confused:

    It looks like your post slipped us by. Sorry about that. Are you still getting this blue screen? If so, what is the exact error message?

    Sounds like the modem is faulty or not compatible with your OS, or has not got the correct or most up to date drivers installed for your OS.

    A good idea would be to remove your faulty modem, you dont need it now anyway, so it frees up system resources and wont cause any further problems. If you havent already of course. Never leave faulty hardware in your PC even if you are not using it.

    You wouldnt be sorry to get broadband, the speed difference is significant.
