    Welcome to WindowsBBS :)
Softwrap appears to be some sort of licencing program .....

Is this a recent problem and did it coincide with installing a new program, possibly a game?

Are you able to start the computer in Safe Mode?

Yes recent problem, no new game or hardware added, I was able to start in safe mode but once but now it will not.

I regret I cannot shed much light, if any, on the Softwrap error. As I posted earlier it is some form of distribution and packaging software associated mainly with games, but other programs too. FYI ....
It would be helpful if you could debug the minidump you posted .....
You already have a mini dump so the first step is not necessary, but recommended.

Please note an ammendment to the Dump Data Collection Tool ..... We have found that the path for the log file in the revised version of the Debug Wizard is incorrect. Please follow these instructions to correct the path and run the Wizard ....

What sort of XP CD have you ? - Retail or Recovery.

Of course your ability to do the above depends on being able to boot up the computer normally.
